⚠️ Before You Delete
Please note that deleting your account will:
- Permanently remove your profile and personal information
- Delete all your quiz progress and statistics
- Remove you from all study groups
- Cancel any active subscriptions
- Delete your achievements and badges
This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the LabGenius app
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Select Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to athena.labgenius@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Brief reason for deletion (optional)
We'll process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention
After deletion:
- Your account data will be removed immediately
- Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance
- Anonymous analytics data may be kept for research
